Our Process
Schedule your free 20 minute discovery call with Dr. Lindsay Goodman. We want to hear your story and for you to feel confident that we are the right fit for you! We will then schedule an evaluation so that we can formulate the best plan for your recovery.
Our goal is to develop an individualized plan based on your unique needs analysis. We will address your pain, mobility, strength and function to help you reach your goals. All treatment is one-on-one with your physical therapist. Our sessions should feel valuable, time effective, and educational. We are research based and address all aspects of wellness including nutrition, hydration, sleep, etc. We avoid standard cookie-cutter protocols.
We intend that you finish PT stronger and more resilient than you were prior to your injury. We encourage our PT patients to continue to get stronger through continued sports performance or personal training offerings at ForLife!
